This video gives us a glimpse into how the voice recording is done on South Park. Basically Matt & Trey sing normally, then the pitch and speed of the recordings is altered to get the familiar voices. Pretty cool.

That actually sounds like it’s a slowed down version of the South Park voices rather than an original recording of their normal voices.
