To be honest, I don't have so much time for listening music now as I used to when I was young, because of my job - I work as a <a href="http://jaybanks.ca/vancouver-real-estate/" rel="nofollow">Vancouver real estate agent </a> but, in my free time I like listening to music. Music helps me to relax, even if it is something louder, for example punk or rock - it gives you an energy, makes you feel better. I'm happy for discovering new therapist - your band.
