Heath Ledger Wins Golden Globe for The Dark Knight

Heath Ledger won a Golden Globe award for his portrayal of The Joker in The Dark Knight
Heath Ledger won the Golden Globe award for Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal of The Joker in The Dark Knight. Director Christopher Nolan accepted the award on Ledger’s behalf.

Hopefully this is an omen. Ledger is considered a front runner for the Best Supporting Actor Oscar, and here’s hoping he takes that as well.
