International Trailer for G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra – UPDATED

There’s a French trailer out for the upcoming G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra. At least I think it’s French, because it has French subtitles. I suppose it could be French Canadian. Or from one of those African countries where they speak French. I’m not sure. What I AM sure of is how cheesy and stupid this movie looks. Super suits? Some sort of green goo that dissolves metal instantly? Dialogue THAT bad? I had a feeling this movie wouldn’t be very good when they announced it. But I had no idea it would be THIS bad. Ugh. Watch it, if you dare:

While i think the live action movie looks really silly, check out GI Joe: Resolute. You can find it on adultsswim.com or a torrent site. It’s GI Joe mixed with a fuck-ton of awesome. It’s animated, but it’s really quite good. They make Cobra a more credible threat than every cartoon version of GI Joe plus the movie combined.
