With their heavy guitars, angst-filled lyrics, and mumbled vocals Nirvana defined grunge. Their music was raw and powerful. These aren’t qualities you associated with jazz, but The Bad Plus manages to pull off a very cool jazzy cover of Nirvana’s “Lithium”.
