If there was some sort of contest for cool names, Mojo Morgan would be a solid contender. Don’t be fooled into thinking he’s just a cool name though. Mojo has serious reggae street cred. He’s stepped away from his band Morgan Heritage to pursue a solo career, and his solo album Got Mojo? came out earlier this year, and it includes a juicy cover. The Police’s prostitute tale “Roxanne” has it’s own regatta de blanc flair to it, but Mojo pushes it into full-on reggae:
