Yes, Captain America is dead. But take heart True Believers, the Captain’s legacy lives on. Marvel Comics editor-in-chief Joe Quesada bequeathed the Captain’s iconic indestructible shield to the only living American worthy of it: Stephen Colbert.

Go Colbert! By the way, I was surprised someone outside of a comic shop actually said “Wakandan Vibranium” and knew what they were talking about. Hell, I’d wager the average comic nerd doesn’t even know what Wakandan Vibranium is! Bonus points to whoever can name the ruler of Wakanda.

Im pretty sure Stephen Colbert is involved with Captain America’s death and that you will see him enter as a villain soon or as the new Captain America, who knows!
